By entering this property and participating in our activities, you acknowledge the associated risks. In the event you sustain a loss of property, personal injury, or death, you agree to absolve the company and all staff from any liability whatsoever and are unable to sue the provider for this loss.
A waiver form must be signed prior to participating in any paid activity, including both the Treetop Walk and the Zipline Tour.
All bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable. Foreign exchange fees may be applied to some transactions at the discretion of your bank.
We accept Companion Cards. Companion Cards are given to individuals with a permanent disability who need a companion (carer) at all times. Individuals with Companion Cards receive free admission for their carer.
Loose Item Policy
The Visitor Centre has complimentary secure lockers for anything you wish to leave on the ground. Any items you wear (jewellery, watches, glasses, sunglasses) or decide to bring (mobile phones, wallets, keys, cameras, GoPros, asthma inhalers, or other medical requirements) are brought onto the property entirely at your own risk. If anything falls out of your pocket or you drop anything, unfortunately, it cannot be recovered from the forest floor. We have the right to deny any responsibility in the event personal items are lost or damaged on the Attraction property.
For Zipline Tours, all loose items (jewellery, watches, glasses, sunglasses, mobile phones, wallets, keys, cameras, asthma inhalers, or other medical requirements) are required to be left in our complimentary lockers. If you have medical needs that require you to bring an item, please let us know.
Some compact cameras are permitted (at the discretion of our zipline team personnel) and are best attached to your harness with their own wrist strap or on an over-the-head lanyard. Personal GoPros are permitted if you provide your own mount connections for our helmet mounts. Large cameras or video cameras are not permitted as they may compromise the safety of your flight.
You are not permitted to bring and wear your own Personal Protective Equipment, such as a helmet or harness. We have lanyards for phones available for hire, as well as GoPro hire on site.
Guide Dogs and Assistance Animals
Guide Dogs and Assistance Animals are permitted in accordance with section 9 of the Disability Discrimination Act 1992 (Cth). We reserve the right to exercise any exemptions under the Act, including if we suspect that the assistance animal has an infectious disease that may affect other patrons or the health of our animals. We also reserve the right to require evidence relating to your assistance animal or its training in accordance with section 54A(5) of the Act. We strongly recommend you contact us at least 2 days prior to your visit so we can discuss any arrangements or assistance you may need.
Please be advised that due to the outdoor rainforest environment, your dog may be susceptible to contracting mange disease from wombats that frequent the area.
Zipline Tour Policies
All tour bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable. Your purchase is for a specific time and date. If you are late for your scheduled tour, we cannot hold the tour for you. If a reschedule is necessary, you have the option to pay a $10.00 per person reschedule fee or potentially forfeit the booking. Reschedules can only be made if there is availability. Refunds are only offered as per the "Weather" section or under extenuating circumstances. There are no refunds for a change of mind or inability to complete the course.
We recommend you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your tour time to check in. Failure to do so will likely result in missing your tour, forfeiting your booking, and it cannot be refunded or transferred. You may have the option to pay the $10.00 Reschedule Fee to avoid forfeiting your booking.
A reschedule fee of $10.00 per person may be applied if you are late, change your mind, are delayed by traffic, or if the weather conditions are not to your personal preference. By paying this fee, you can amend your tour date and time for up to 6 months from the original booking date, subject to availability.
Reschedule requests must be made at least 72 hours (3 days) prior to a booking; anything within 3 days will incur a reschedule fee.
We operate with specific tour times, which differ by season. Bookings are essential. We strongly recommend booking online.
